html2email is a browser extension and related website that allow users to create, edit, and send HTML emails from supported webmail clients (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Yandex Mail, Mail.ru). The extension is provided free of charge; the website may reference premium or additional features in the future.

3. Use of the Extension

Use of the Chrome extension may require a Google account for installation from the Chrome Web Store. You are responsible for complying with the store’s and the browser’s terms. We do not collect or store your email content through the extension beyond what is necessary for local operation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The extension operates primarily in your browser; we do not store or process the body of your emails on our servers beyond what is necessary for the website (e.g. optional features, if any).
